Roy Spann, Licensed Private Investigator

Roy Spann retired from the United States Army with military intelligence after 37 years. Throughout his time served in the military, he carried a Top-Secret Security Clearance. This military experience uniquely allowed Roy to know how to search and determine intel on individuals, terrorist cells, and working with other military branches, law enforcement and federal law enforcement agencies. 

In addition to his military career, Roy worked for the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office in Little Rock as a reserve deputy in the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) for 17 years. His work extended to investigating numerous cases involving drug dealing, murder, gangs, etc.  He began helping a retired deputy doing private investigative work and worked under this deputy for seven years before starting his own company, RS Investigations LLC.  He’s also done extensive work for law firms throughout Arkansas and the surrounding states, who have in turn spread his name to other law firms because of his high-quality and expedient investigative work. For the past 13 years, he has been practicing private investigative work on his own. 

• Roy is a graduate of John E Reid Interviewing and John E Reid Interrogation School, which is a leader in law enforcement education.
